KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
1. Data Controller
Within the scope of KVKK, the data controller for the Dozify mobile application ("App") is Ümit Can Erim, the developer of the App.
2. Personal Data Processed
Dozify is offline-first. The App does not transfer any personal data to servers controlled by us. The following data is processed and stored only on your device:
- Date of birth (used only for age verification)
- Health data: medications, doses, injection history, weight, blood glucose, side effects
- Notification preferences and reminders
- App settings: language, units, theme
The following are never collected: name, email, phone number, government ID, location, device tracking identifiers, advertising identifiers.
3. Purpose of Processing
The data above is processed exclusively for you to use the App's tracking features (medication tracking, reminders, vial stock, weight log, PDF reports). It is not used for any other purpose.
4. Legal Basis (Article 5/6 of KVKK)
- Explicit consent — accepted during onboarding before the App is used.
- Express request of the data subject — health data tracking is initiated by the user.
5. Data Transfer
Data is not transferred to third parties, including transfers abroad. Data stays on your device.
Optional in-app purchases (in future versions) may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, governed by their privacy policies.
6. Storage Period
Data is stored on your device until you delete it (Settings → Delete My Data) or uninstall the App. There is no server-side retention.
7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information regarding processing,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with this purpose,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of your data,
- Object to processing through automated means leading to a result against you,
- Claim damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
Since data is stored on your device only, you can exercise the deletion and access rights directly via the App. For other requests, contact us at privacy@dozify.app.
8. Application Method
To exercise your rights, send an email to privacy@dozify.app. We will respond within 30 days as required by KVKK.
1. Veri Sorumlusu
KVKK kapsamında Dozify mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama") için veri sorumlusu, Uygulamanın geliştiricisi Ümit Can Erim'dir.
2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler
Dozify çevrimdışı çalışır. Uygulama hiçbir kişisel veriyi tarafımızca kontrol edilen sunuculara aktarmaz. Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir ve saklanır:
- Doğum tarihi (sadece yaş doğrulaması için)
- Sağlık verileri: ilaçlar, dozlar, enjeksiyon geçmişi, kilo, kan şekeri, yan etkiler
- Bildirim tercihleri ve hatırlatıcılar
- Uygulama ayarları: dil, birimler, tema
Aşağıdakiler asla toplanmaz: ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, T.C. kimlik numarası, konum, cihaz takip tanımlayıcıları, reklam tanımlayıcıları.
3. İşleme Amacı
Yukarıdaki veriler yalnızca Uygulamanın takip özelliklerini (ilaç takibi, hatırlatıcılar, flakon stoğu, kilo kaydı, PDF rapor) kullanabilmeniz için işlenir. Başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz.
4. Hukuki Sebep (KVKK Madde 5/6)
- Açık rıza — Uygulama kullanılmaya başlanmadan önce onboarding sırasında alınır.
- İlgili kişinin açık talebi — sağlık verisi takibi kullanıcı tarafından başlatılır.
5. Veri Aktarımı
Veriler üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz; yurt dışı aktarımı da yoktur. Veriler cihazınızda kalır.
Gelecek sürümlerdeki isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından, kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işlenebilir.
6. Saklama Süresi
Veriler, siz silmediğiniz (Ayarlar → Verilerimi Sil) veya uygulamayı kaldırmadığınız sürece cihazınızda saklanır. Sunucu tarafında saklama yoktur.
7. İlgili Kişinin Hakları (KVKK Madde 11)
KVKK 11. madde uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- İşlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme,
- Verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
- Otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analizler sonucunda aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkarsa itiraz etme,
- Hukuka aykırı işlenme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
Veriler yalnızca cihazınızda saklandığından silme ve erişim haklarınızı doğrudan Uygulama üzerinden kullanabilirsiniz. Diğer talepler için privacy@dozify.app adresine yazabilirsiniz.
8. Başvuru Yöntemi
Haklarınızı kullanmak için privacy@dozify.app adresine e-posta gönderiniz. KVKK gereği 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
