Medical Disclaimer
Dozify is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dose advice. Make all health-related decisions together with your doctor.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Dozify mobile application (the "App") provided by Ümit Can Erim ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dozify. The App is not intended for use by minors.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to provide medical services to others.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security or access restrictions.
5. Health Information You Enter
You are responsible for the accuracy of the medication, dose, and health information you enter. The App does not verify clinical correctness. Always confirm dosing with your prescription and your physician.
6. Data Storage
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your health data on any server. The App does send anonymous usage statistics, a push token, and your subscription status to the third-party services listed in our Privacy Policy, which describes exactly what each one receives.
7. Subscriptions & Third-Party Services
Dozify offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Dozify Premium," available as Monthly or Yearly plans) that unlocks additional features such as detailed trend charts, weight projection, doctor visit reports, vial management, and progress photos. Subscriptions may include a free trial period, shown at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price shown at purchase unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings: cancelling does not refund the current period. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and are governed by their respective terms.
8. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of medical or health information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of data, missed doses, or health outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
