Where is my data stored?
All your data (medications, injections, weight, side effects) is stored only on your phone, in an encrypted local database. Nothing is uploaded to any server. Dozify has no cloud.
If I switch phones, will I lose my data?
Not if you back up first. Go to Settings → Backup to create a password-protected, encrypted backup file, then restore it on your new device from the same screen. There's still no cloud sync: the backup file itself is yours to keep (Files, email, AirDrop, etc.).
How do I cancel Premium?
Manage or cancel your subscription via App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals: you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Will my Premium work on another device?
Yes. On your new device, open the Premium screen and tap "Restore purchases" while signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
How do I add the Ozempic® / Wegovy® pen form?
Go to Medications → Add → select Ozempic or Wegovy → choose "Pre-filled dose pen" → set your prescribed dose.
Why can I pick Mounjaro® as both a pen and a vial?
Mounjaro comes as a pre-filled KwikPen in some markets and as a multi-dose vial in others. Dozify offers both forms so you can pick the one that matches the product you were prescribed.
My reminders are not working: what should I do?
Open your phone Settings → Notifications → Dozify → enable notifications. Also check that "Do Not Disturb" is off and that battery optimization is not blocking Dozify on Android.
How do I delete all my data?
Settings → Delete My Data → choose to delete selected categories or everything. Uninstalling the app also permanently deletes all local data.
How do I create a PDF report?
Go to Reports → New Report → choose summary, detailed, or doctor-visit format → select date range → Generate. The PDF can be shared by email, AirDrop, or any other app.
Does the app give medical advice?
No. Dozify is a tracking tool only. It does not recommend doses or interpret medical results. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist for clinical decisions.
