Who this helps
People with a short follow-up and a long stretch to describe, and people moving to a new clinician who has never seen their history. It is also for the appointment where a dose change is on the table, where what happened in the last eight weeks is exactly what the decision rests on.
Where it stops
The report is your record laid out clearly. It is not a clinical assessment, it contains no interpretation, and nothing in it should be read as a recommendation, the reading is your doctor's. It also only contains what you logged: a week you did not record is a gap in the report, not a week without doses.
Private by default
Your health records stay on your device and are never uploaded. There is no account and no cloud sync. Usage statistics never carry a medication name or a symptom, details in the privacy policy.

What is in the report?
Doses and the intervals between them, the weight trend, side effects with their severity, injection sites, open vials, and the questions you wrote down: over the range you pick.
Which date ranges can I choose?
30, 90 or 180 days. Ninety usually matches the gap between appointments; the longer one is for a first visit with a new clinician.
Can I leave sections out?
Yes. Each section is a switch, so a report can be doses and weight only if that is what the visit is about.
Can I send it before the appointment?
The PDF is a file on your phone. Print it, email it, put it in a portal: that is your decision, made after you have seen it.
Is anything uploaded to make it?
No. It is generated on the device from records that are already there. Nothing is sent anywhere to produce it.
