Who this helps
Anyone whose week is not identical to the last one. A weekly medication assumes a fixed Thursday; travel, a shift pattern, a hospital appointment or a single late night all move it. It is also for the person who has stood in the kitchen trying to work out whether Tuesday was this week or last: the log answers that in one look rather than by reconstruction.
Where it stops
Dozify does not decide your schedule, your dose or what to do about a dose you missed, those are your prescriber's, and the app records the plan rather than proposing one. A reminder is an iOS notification: if notifications are off for Dozify, or the phone is in a focus mode that silences them, it will not appear. And a log is a record of what you entered, not proof of what went into your body.
Private by default
Your health records stay on your device and are never uploaded. There is no account and no cloud sync. Usage statistics never carry a medication name or a symptom, details in the privacy policy.
Questions
Can I set the reminder for a different day than the one I started on?
Yes. The schedule is yours to set and change: weekly on any day, daily, every few days, or specific dates. Changing it does not rewrite the doses you have already logged.
What if I inject a day late?
Log it on the day it happened; the entry takes the date and time you give it. Dozify shows the interval that actually occurred rather than assuming the planned one. What to do about a late or missed dose is a question for your prescriber, and the app does not answer it.
Do reminders work if the phone is offline?
Yes. They are scheduled on the device, so no connection is needed for one to arrive. They do need notification permission for Dozify to be on.
Can I track more than one medication?
Yes, as many as you need, each with its own schedule and dose. Every logged injection belongs to one of them.
Does the app tell me my next dose amount?
No. It shows the dose you entered for that medication and when it is next due. If your doctor changes the amount, you change it in the app. Dozify never proposes a titration.
